SafetyBeltSafe U.S.A. has responded to calls from safety-conscious parents on our Safe Ride Helpline for many years. Most of our callers are surprised to discover they are making errors or have problems with their car seats which they did not suspect. The most common remarks we hear on the Helpline are "I never would have asked about that" and "I had no idea my other child was at risk."  We urge you to use the information on this Web site to do a comprehensive review of the way every child in your family is being transported.

Check that your child safety seat

1.  Is a safe product;
2.  Fits the child;
3.  Is correctly installed and adjusted.

After you have read the information on our Web site, you are invited to access our Car Seat Checkup Form online, fill it out on your computer, and email it to us.

To access this form

1.  Click on the link below;

2.  Choose the "Save" option;

3.  Save the file on your computer (to your Desktop or another folder where you can find it again)

     with the filename format CSCform-Name.doc ("Name" is your last name);

4.  Open the saved file in MS Word, and follow further instructions on the form.
